RSV at glance

RedSquare Ventures is a privately owned company with office in Moscow, Russia. The company was founded by a group of seasoned professionals knowing each other for more than 12 years with significant experience in the fields of IT and telecom, management, consulting, design and law. The group decided to turn an initial portfolio of startup projects, innovative vision of the market, and proven managerial skills into a business enterprise.

Advisory Board

REDSQUARE VENTURES assembled an exceptional Advisory Board to assist in reviewing business development, selecting investment opportunities and provide general advice and counsel.

VC and EIR

REDSQUARE VENTURES attracting venture capital general partners (“venture capitalists” or “VCs”) that is investment professionals. Typical career backgrounds vary, but we are looking for former chief executives at firms similar to those that the partnership finances and other senior executives in technology companies.

Another position we are interested to fill is entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR). EIRs are experts in a particular domain and perform due diligence on potential deals. EIRs are engaged on temporary basis and are expected to develop and pitch startup ideas to their host firm. We expect that some EIR’s will move on to roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a portfolio company.
